PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver the argument and the return value of a pattern at high speed, which frequently appears, under an environment to be executed in the coexisting of two programs being different in the recording system of the argument or the return value. SOLUTION: An argument analyzing part 4 reads a plurality of elements from an argument managing array 3 at a time and gives an indication how the argument is actually transferred from the pattern of the read elements. An argument delivery part 5 is the one for actually transferring the argument in accordance with the instruction. The part 5 is composed of a plurality of argument transfer parts 51-5n, it is recorded which one of the argument transfer parts is selected in the case of first function calling and, then, the argument is delivered in accordance with the argument transfer part which is recorded in an argument transfer part recording area 6.
