PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tool that prevents excess heating from generating fatal damage, by providing a tool body, and a self-temperature-control-type heater forming the bottom of the body or a bypass material with magnetic permeability rapidly changing with temperature. SOLUTION: A tool body 11 is made of insulating material, has a bowl shape, and has a shallow-plate-shaped heater 12 in its lower part, and the entire periphery of the upper part is integrally, water-tightly jointed with the lower part of the tool body 11. The heater 12 is formed of a self-temperature-control-type heater material, and electrical resistibility of the heater 12 is lower at temperature lower than a characteristic temperature and rapidly increases at higher temperature. When a material to be cooked is put into this induction-heating tool 10 and the tool is placed on an induction heater E and operated, the heater 12 heats and cooks the material to be cooked. When the cooking is completed and moisture of the material to be cooked is evaporated, temperature of the heater 12 rapidly rises. When the temperature becomes higher than the characteristic temperature, the electrical resistibility rapidly increases to reduce heating value to prevent scorching or overheating. |
