PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack of high productivity at a low cost capable of correctly positioning respective built-in components and fixing the built-in components and a lid by the positioning means. SOLUTION: This battery pack is formed by fixing a wiring material 2 with external terminals 9 fitting to an external terminal window 6 formed and a secondary battery 3 sequentially at predetermined positions inside a resin case 1 having the external terminal window 6 formed in its bottom part and by packing them with a lid 4. In this case, at least a pair of ribs 7, 8 are erected on the bottom part 5 of the resin case 1, and positioning holes 11, 12 are individually formed at positions corresponding to the ribs in the wiring material 2.
