PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small solid high-polymer type fuel cell light in weight and high in power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: This cell has a fuel electrode 2 and an oxygen electrode 3 on both surfaces of a solid high-polymer electrolyte film 1, and is provided with a unit cell UC that is so composed that a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas are fed and exhausted to/from the fuel electrode 2 and the oxygen electrode 3, respectively, a buffer part 20 communicating with the passage of the exhaust gas exhausted from the oxygen electrode 3 is formed in the feeding passage of the oxidizer gas fed to the oxygen electrode 3, and the oxidizer gas is humidified by vapor V exhausted from the exhaust gas passing the inside of the buffer part 20 while passing the inside of the buffer part 20. |
