PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transact drafts/checks by comparing an input result inputted from a customer operation part with a recognition result recognized in a recognition part and judging whether they are correct/incorrect. SOLUTION: When a customer inputs an amount filled in a check on an amount input screen, the amount field of the check is cut out independently of the processing and a filled content is read by a picture reading part 14. A recognition part 21 recognizes the filled content on the basis of dictionary data stored in a storage part 22 and the amount of the amount field is recognized. The recognized result is compared with an operation-inputted result and a control part 24 judges whether it is correct or not. An operation input processing by the customer and the comparison processing of an input result and the recognized result in an automatic transaction device are independently executed. The recognized result of the draft/check can be compared with the input result in a state invisible to a user. Thus, the draft/check which are erroneously recognized are prevented from being received.
