PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip-type stand of a quite simple structure for a soft container having a spout and a pouring instrument for soft container filled with a liquid including this stand having no such a danger that the soft container showing a large barrel expansion or a relatively high capacity is removed from the grip-type stand, the surface of the soft container is always kept tensioned by its own weight from a state in which liquid in the soft container is filled to its vacant state and further an outer appearance of the soft container is not deteriorated. SOLUTION: There is provided a grip-type stand for a soft container having a pouring port including a grip segment 1, an upper arm segment 2 protruded in a lateral direction from both upper and lower ends of the grip segment 1, a lower arm segment 3 and a protrusion 5 arranged at either the deepest segment or the midway part of the lower arm segment 3 in order to prevent the soft container 8 from being freely moved at the opposing position of the grip segment 1. There is also provided a pouring element in which the upper end of the soft container 8 is fixed to the upper arm segment 2 of the grip-type stand, hung down and then the soft container is prevented from being removed due to its free motion by the protrusion 5.
