摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent an inverse rotation of a rotary body in a measurement mechanism of a cumulative displacement amount of a hysteresis damper, which actually measures the cumulative displacement amount of the hysteresis damper built in a framework of a building. SOLUTION: A needle 22a is press-fitted to a side face of a rotary body 11 constituting a measurement mechanism for a cumulative displacement amount, and an inverse rotation of the rotary body 11 is blocked by pricking the side face with the needle 22a when a point direction of the needle 22a becomes opposite to a rotating direction of the rotary body 11. Hereby, the inverse rotation of the rotary body 11 constituting the measurement mechanism for a cumulative displacement amount of hysteresis damper is surely blocked. Then, a measurement error of the cumulative displacement amount to the inverse rotation is reduced, and therefore high accurate measurement can be performed.
