PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable having constant characteristic impedance at all times between two insulated cores fused together and excelling in flexibility and wiring facility. SOLUTION: This flat cable is made up by putting side by side and fusing together a plurality of insulated cores 1 into a planar shape. The flat cable is formed to have all-core fused parts 4 made up by fusing together all the insulated cores 1 at constant conductor distances, and two-core fused parts 5 made up by together fusing every two of the insulated cores 1 at constant conductor distances, alternating with each other in the longitudinal direction.
