PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a laminated biaxially oriented polyamide film excellent in gas barrier properties and adhesiveness even at an initial stage and after boiling treatment and also excellent in transparency and bending fatigue resistance in such a case that a sealant layer is provided to use the film as a packaging bag. SOLUTION: In a film wherein an inorg. vapor deposition layer is laminated to at least the single surface of a biaxially oriented polyamide film, the biaxially oriented film is characterized by that a mean dimensional change ratio during the immersion in hot water at 95 deg.C is 3.0% or less and the max. dimensional change ratio difference is 2.0% or less and a mean dimensional change ratio after the taking out of hot water is 4.0% or less and the max. dimensional change ratio difference is 2.0% or less.
