The center of the handlebar is secured in the end of a holder bar (2). The other end of the holder bar is connected to the steering column (1). One end of a support plate (4) is also connected to the column. At he other end of the support plate is a glide block (5) which can move along a slot in the middle of the holder bar. To adjust the height, the rider can release the eccentric handle (9), lift up or push down, and lock the bar at the new height.
