PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ON and OFF control action by pressure from all directions with a simple structure, by laterally winding a primary electrode on an elastic core formed into a cross section shape radially having plural protuberances, forming a secondary electrode right above the protuberance with the space between them insulated from the primary electrode, and forming an insulating coating on the circumference of all of them. SOLUTION: Silicon rubber as an elastic material is extrudedly coated on the circumference of a tensile strength body 1 of a glass fiber flux so as to form a cross section having 2 mm high protuberances 3 at five places in its radial direction, and an elastic core 5 is manufactured by applying hot air curing to it. A primary electrode 7 is laterally wound on the elastic core 5 at a pitch of 10 mm while making it bite into the protuberance 3, and a secondary electrode 9 of a copper/PET tape is laterally wound right above it with the space between them insulated by the protuberance 3. The primary electrode 7 and the secondary electrode 9 reliably respond to pressure from all directions to make an ON and OFF control action possible, by extrudedly coating an insulation coating 11 on their circumference, and reliability is enhanced without causing a malfunction at a bent part.
