PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hydrodynamically set the outlet sections of downstream side pipes to a uniform flow and to minituarize a device by providing branch paths split into two times or more the number of the downstream side pipes when a passage of powder is branched at an intermediate section, and merging pairs of branch paths with merging paths on the downstream side. SOLUTION: This powder distributor 8, which is a powder distributing facility of burned ash, distributes the powder flowing from one direction as uniformly as possible in two directions, and it is constituted of an inlet section 9 having a square opening, branch paths 11a-11d provided at an intermediate section 10 and uniformly split into four inside, and an outlet section 11 having merged paths 11a', 11b' merged with the branch paths 11a-11d into a pair on the downstream side. The outlet section 11 is formed with a pair of pipes having square openings equal in size. Powder and air fed from one direction can be finally split uniformly in two directions by the powder distributor 8.
