PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport fine particles in a long distance, by using a pump. SOLUTION: An injection pump 7 taking in fine particles from a supply source 5 and delivering into a transport path 3 is provided, and nozzles 10 injecting air into the transport path 3 in its halfway are provided in a plurality of places. Compressed air is supplied from a compressor 20 to each nozzle 10, when the air is delivered into the transport path 3 from the nozzle 10, a helical flow of air along an inner surface of the transport path 3 is generated, movement of the fine particles is promoted, and transport force is reinforced.
