PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative affixing sheet and its manufacturing method by which the cost is reduced, and a cause for a natural environmental destruction (public pollution) can be eliminated at the time of disposal by performing the affixing without using a vinyl chloride based resin which causes a public pollution, and in addition, making an affixing means different from a transfer means adoptable. SOLUTION: On the release side surface of a release sheet 2 having a release property, or having a release layer 1 formed, a hot melt type glue layer 3 for bonding, which displays an adhesive property by heating, a printed ink layer 4 formed by directly printing an optical color or pattern on the glue layer 3 for bonding using an ink without a compatibility with the member of the glue layer 3 for bonding, and a transparent or semi-transparent protective layer 5 which covers and protects the surface of the printed ink layer 4, or a solidified protective layer for which the protective layer is modified by an electron radiation treatment, are integrated into a laminate form, and the glue layer 3 for bonding is exposed by removing the release sheet 2, and this decorative affixing sheet is bonded to the surface of an objective to be affixed under a temperature condition wherein the glue layer 3 for bonding displays the adhesive property.
