In addition, in order to increase the gravity of the boat floating on the water, when the dam is filled with water, the door of the boat is opened to take water and then closed, and when the dam runs dry, the door is opened to discharge water and then closed. In order to further increase the water pressure, the high pressure tank is heated. The lower cylinder can be protected from water by providing a retractable wall 13. High pressure water can be utilized for generating electricity and melting snow.
