PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a schedule with the vague date/time of processing so that a user can surely perform processing. SOLUTION: An input part 101 inputs a schedule and a spatial position to process that schedule. A position storage part 102 stores the inputted schedule and the position of input. A present position detecting part 104 detects the present position of the user. A distance operating means 105 calculates a distance between the stored position and the detected present position. A notice part 106 reports the stored schedule in relation to the calculated distance. The respective said parts are provided on a terminal carried by the user. Namely, when the user happens to pass by the place to process the schedule, that schedule is positively reported to the user. By performing a notice at such timing, the user can speedily process that schedule after the notice.
