<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification card such as a credit card, a passport or a licensing certificate which is capable of prevented forgery due to tempering, alternation or the like from being committed and enables a bearer to establish his identity without the necessity to a structure identification means such as a network or a database. SOLUTION: Information specifying an identify is coded as information specifying a bearer using a visible ink 12 on a base material 20 and this coded information is printed in an infrared absorbing ink 13 which does not absorb infrared rays in a visible light wavelength region but absorbs the rays only in an infrared light wavelength region. A face photograph image 14 is used as information specifying the bearer and a two-dimensional code is used as the coded information.</p> |
