PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to direct a learner's request for information to a study supporting server without rewriting a link by executing functions of transferring a substitute request, etc., to the study supporting server specified from an information terminal based on change-over conditions on receipt of the request. SOLUTION: A substitute request means 310 requests information requested from an information terminal 200 to an information supply server 100 as proxy. A 1st substitute request information transferring means 320 receives the information requested as proxy from the information supply server 100 and transfers the information to the information terminal 200. A 2nd substitute request information transfer means 330 transfers the substitute request to a study supporting server 400 specified from the information terminal 200. A condition setting means 340 sets a change-over condition for executing either of the 1st and 2nd substitute request information transfer means 320, 330. A change-over means 350 executes the request from the information terminal 200 by changing over it to either of the 1st and 2nd substitute request information transfer means 320, 330 according to change-over conditions.
