PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power supply device of a liquid crystal display device using a dot inversion driving method that prevents the occurrence of flicker and improves uniformness of the display. SOLUTION: A driving power supply device 18 supplies driving voltages to a liquid crystal panel 15, signal lines, scanning line driving circuits 16 and 17 and aγcompensation circuit 19. The device 18 generates and outputs a gate on voltage Vgon and a gate off voltage Vgoff of TFTs, a common voltage Vcom1 for common wiring 10, a counter voltage Vcom2 for counter electrodes 14 which are made by adding or subtracting a flicker control voltage Vf, that minimizes flicker, to or from an ideal reference voltage Vref to make variable, and a signal line driving power supply voltage Vso which makes the difference between one half of a signal line driving power supply voltage Vso to the circuit 16 and the voltage Vref to be not larger than 0.2 volt.
