PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal machine in which the temperature rise in a control panel is surely restrained with simple constitution. SOLUTION: Between a fermenter 2 and a control panel 4, an adiabatic space 10 is formed, and an exhaust means 6 for discharging air in the control panel into the adiabatic space is provided, and an air curtain is formed in the adiabatic space by exhaust with the exhaust means to cut off the heat transfer to the control panel 4 from the fermenter 2.
