PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent characteristic deterioration by correcting the relative angle deviation of an optical disk information surface from the optical axis of an optical pickup objective. SOLUTION: A spindle motor 20 is held rotatably along a spherical surface part formed on a transverse chassis 12 and then even if the information surface 23a of an optical disk and the optical axis 13e of the objective 13d have relative angle deviation owing to various factors, they can be adjusted to the best state with adjusting screws 26 and 27. According to the quantity deviation in relative distance between the information surface 23a and objective 13d which is caused at the time of the angle adjustment, position adjustment is made with a screw part 20c between a turntable 22 and the spindle motor 20 to securely align the focusing point position 13f of the objective 13d with the information surface 23a and then performance deterioration when the optical disk 23 is read or written is prevented to perform stable operation.
