PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerating capability having no unevenness. SOLUTION: A high pressure line 12 is connected to a low pressure line 13 by a by-pass line 14. A capillary tube 15 and a solenoid valve 16 are provided in series at the line 14. A differential pressure switch 17 detects a differential pressure of the line 12 and the line 13, and outputs a sense signal if it exceeds a predetermined value. When a solenoid valve controller 18 receives the signal, the controller 18 opens the valve 16 to release a high pressure helium gas of the line 12 to the line 13. Thus, a stable refrigerating capability having no unevenness is obtained by regulating a differential pressure between the line 12 and the line 13 when started by using the tube 15, the valve 16 and the switch 17 accurately operating with small product unevenness.
