PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and compact coupling capable of preventing jumping of a plunger at low temperatures and abnormal noise. SOLUTION: This coupling comprises a rotor 12 having a plurality of plunger chambers 15 formed in the axial direction, a plurality of plungers 16 stored reciprocatingly in the plurality of plunger chambers 15 by receiving a pressing force from a return spring 17 and driven by a cam surface 9 at the relative rotation of both shafts, a delivery hole 24 formed in a rotor 12 and leading to the plunger chambers 15, and a valve 27 having a high-pressure chamber 28 which communicates with the delivery hole 24 and also having a flow resistance producing means 30 producing a flow resistance by the flow of delivery oil caused by the driving of the plungers 16. A one-way valve 21 for suction is provided on the head part of the plungers 16, and a one-way valve 25 for delivery is provided in the delivery hole 24.
