PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for unlocking a door with single handle pulling operation and opening the door. SOLUTION: This device includes a handle base 2 fixed to the outside of a door 40 and a lever handle 1 pivotally mounted thereon with a pivotal shaft 3 in parallel to the outer face of the door 40. A slider 20 to be associated with the handle lever 1 is provided in a slider housing 10 provided on the reverse of the door 40. A latch case in which a latch bolt 50 is built is provided at the other door edge 43. The slider 20 and the latch bolt 50 are connected to each other via a connecting rod 35.
