At the time of eating only the gradients, the side of the drain hole 2 is kept a little bit lower to allow the soup flow out through the drain hole 2 to leave only the ingredients on the spoon 2. Thus, it is possible to spoon up the soup and the ingredients together and to eat only the ingredient or both of the ingredients and the soup together.
