PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To providing a reclining chair which can be turned to be a perfectly horizontal bed. SOLUTION: In order to turn the whole chair in the state of standing its backrest most into a horizontal bed, a frame constituting the chair is divided into four parts of a backrest part, a seat part, a leg part and a foot part to be bent to form W; the incidence angle of a seat surface is increased and reduced by inserting a maximum value linked with the tilting of the backrest; the divided frames are linked with each other with link of pantographs 1 to 12 to match the rotating center of mutually adjacent frames with the joint position of a human body. In addition, the foot part is lowered to a floor surface with standing of the backrest to stabilize a human body without deviating at any angle of the back rest and to stable hold a part to the foot part and get on the chair and off from it.
