PURPOSE: A system for relaying a moving picture advertisement on a network and a method for servicing real time information via a window for the moving picture advertisement are provided to maximize the effect of the moving picture advertisement, by supplying a special moving picture advertisement for producing a certain value when clients exchange information with a server, and providing various overlapped information while the moving picture advertisement is reproduced. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of client computers(100) are connected to a web server(200) via a network. The web server(200) supplies various contents of web service. The network is connected to a relay server(300) for relaying the advertisement of a moving picture with large data. The relay server(300) includes an advertisement relaying server(310) for storing the moving picture and offering it, and an information relaying server(320) for providing real time information during the time for preparing the reception of the moving picture.
