PURPOSE: A liquid fuel activation apparatus is provided to activate a fluid fuel and to increase explosion and combustion efficiency by helping a strong magnetic field to affect a fluid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fuel activation apparatus contains the following characteristics: a fuel passes a first pipe(4), a second pipe(5), and a third pipe(6) by using a shutting plate(5') having a fuel passing hole(7) and three projections, semi-ring permanent magnets(2,2') are mounted on magnetic collection frames(1) made of a steel in the outside of the first pipe so that opposite magnetic poles form symmetry each other and the semi-ring permanent magnets are assembled together a lead pipe(11) and a case(13).
