An automatic telephone advertisement is used in order to register the lottery for a customer who does not use the internet(160). An event is supplied to a member of the internet homepage so as to satisfy a registered member and to increase the number of the member(500). A cyber-bank(700) enables a virtual money that is given to the member and a winner of the event, to be utilized. The system can be connected to a web site(600) that supports an electronic commerce using the virtual money in the cyber-bank(700).
