PURPOSE: An improved preflex beam manufacturing method for a simple beam structure and a continuous beam structure is provided to distribute the influence by dead weight of beam, and reduce the term of work. CONSTITUTION: An improved preflex beam manufacturing method for a simple beam structure and a continuous beam structure comprises the steps of; installing a rahmen type support(3) and a trivet type support(6) in the two locations that are 0.1L away from the both end of beam(1), and in one location that is 0.5L away from the both end; placing an upper beam on the rahmen type support using cross beam(7), and placing the lower beam on the trivet type support using cross beam; connecting the upper and the lower beam by form-tie bolt in the location that is L/5 away from the both end of beam; installing a hydraulic jack in between upper and lower beams and then loading the preflexion load; and covering casing concrete on the upper flange of upper beam and the lower flange of lower beam.
