PURPOSE: An anti-rust agent composition using natural silica as a main material is provided that solves the problem of the treatment at a high temperature over 1600°C in the conventional synthesis, is suitable for massive production by the successive process melting, and is harmless and nontoxic to human. CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by mixing homogeneously 55 to 65 wt% of natural silica(SiO2, purity 99.9%), 25 to 35 wt% of anhydrous sodium carbonate(Na2CO3), 2 to 3 wt% of phosphoric anhydride(P2O5), 1 to 3 wt% of sodium hexametaphosphorate(NaPO3)6, 0.5 to 1wt% of potassium carbonate(K2CO3), 4 to 5 wt% of sodium pyrophosphate, and 0.5 to 1 wt% of calcium carbonate in a mixer and melting the mixture at the temperature of 1,350 to 1,450°C.
