PURPOSE: An internet electronic commerce transaction having a reinforced password protection function of a buyer is provided for protecting a financial secrete of a remote buyer and increasing a convenience of an electronic commerce transaction. CONSTITUTION: A buyer turns on a computer(S17) and is connected with an internet(S18) and is connected with a home page of a certain seller(S19) for thereby selecting a certain item(S20). In a home page host computer of a seller, when a buyer expresses an intention to buy an internet(S21), an item information displayed on a screen of a computer of the buyer and a buying intention of the buyer are checked for thereby providing a buyer ID number(S22).
