PURPOSE: A method and system for selecting entertainers and models using images on the internet is provided to easily select the entertainer or model by collecting picture files or moving picture files from applicants of the entertainer or model through the internet, providing the files to the netizens, and selecting some of the applicants according to the result of the votes and marks of the netizens. CONSTITUTION: A system for selecting entertainers and models on internet comprises a plurality of internet user devices (500-1 to 500-M), a plurality of member devices (200-1 to 200-N, 300-1 to 300-P), and a service provider device (400). The plurality of member devices (200-1 to 200-N, 300-1-300-P) create picture files and moving picture files of participants of an entertainer and model pageant, and transmitting the created files with related information to the service provider device (400). The service provider device (400) receives the picture files and moving picture files of the participants together with the related information from the member devices, processes and stores the files and the information according to a computer program of selecting entertainers and models and a database management program, adds the processed files and information to a web page for voting or grading entertainers or models, transmits the web page to the internet user devices upon requests in order to allow the internet users to vote or grade entertainers or models, and receives the voting or grading results from the internet user devices for selecting entertainers and models in predetermined number according to the voting or grading results. |
