PURPOSE: Method for producing salt roasted in a tube made of yellow soil and mixed with Jijansu (water obtained from settling yellow soil) is provided, which has a function of detoxification and activates metabolism. CONSTITUTION: The making method of yellow soil salt includes the following steps: (i) collecting pure yellow soil from 0.6-1m depth of the underground; (ii) producing a tube with the yellow soil; (iii) inserting cleared and dried bay salt into the tube; (iv) heating 2-4 tubes piled up for 20hours slowly at a furnace and baking for 4-5hours with keeping a temperature of 780-1,000°C; and then (v) cooling the tube with salt inside. Jijansu is mixed to the produced salt in a rate of 1:1, dried and ground. |
