PURPOSE: A cyber government system based on internet is provided to give a chance to participate in virtual politics to people who do not have a chance to participate in actual politics, to give chances to express a criticism or praise to the actual politics, and to make it possible to perform a research. which is more inexpensive and correct than any research. CONSTITUTION: A cyber government system comprises a host (10), a host server (20), netizens (30) consisted of general internet users (31) and members (32), and a contents user (40). The host server (20) consists of internet contents (21), a searching and determining system (22), a membership administration system (23), and an internet contents usage administration system (24). The host (10) operates and controls the server (20) and performs various researches according to a demand of the contents user (40). The internet contents (21) include virtual government organization divided into the Administration, Legislature, and Judicature, which are corresponding to those of actual government organization, in which each organ is systematized to comprises various administrative divisions which are divided according to their related businesses. A local self-government is similarly constructed and systematized.
