PURPOSE:To prevent inside breakdown during driving by changing ratio of elements constituting dielectric porcelain composition successively in the thickness direction of a piezoelectric and by changing piezoelectric characteristics successively in the thickness direction of the piezoelectric in accordance with the change of element ratio. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric is constituted of dielectric porcelain composition. Ratio of elements constituting dielectric porcelain composition changes successively in the thickness direction of the piezoelectric, and one or more kinds of Curie temperatures, resistance to electric field and piezoelectric constant (d31) change successively. Thereby, a piezoelectric having gradient functional structure regarding piezoelectric characteristics can be obtained in this way. |
