PURPOSE: A car authentication/guarantee system business model is provided to maximize car transactions by removing dissatisfaction of a user and getting back the benefits according to a trade the cars through the car authentication/guarantee system on line and off line. CONSTITUTION: A client(100) requests car sale to a call center(200) using an established web site and a communication media. The call center(200) provides an online/offline car trading service for the client(100) and manages a car authentication/guarantee system business model. A car authentication/guarantee system(210) provides and manages various data based on accumulated databases in carrying out all work for the car trading service. The car authentication/guarantee system(210) is composed of a car authentication/guarantee management database(270), a web server(280), a client management server(220), a car appraisal server(230), a car auction server(240), a car assistance transaction server(250) and a guarantee insurance management server(260).
