PURPOSE: An online franchise business model is provided so that a site operator can take a profit from local businessmen by providing 'identical contents' and 'advertising spaces different by districts' to them. CONSTITUTION: When a member logs in an internet site, the server outputs a site in which an advertisement different by districts is publicized. Members reserved through a site operator's contents are divided by addresses and brought up to a plurality of markets. A business bloc is formed in each market. The site operator sells the franchise, a right to do advertising business for the members, to each district businessmen. More in detail, when a member accesses a site, an advertisement the site operator was awarded is output identically regardless of districts. After the member logs in, an advertisement different by districts according to the member's address is output. However, the contents are basically identical.
