PURPOSE: A knowledge management system and method are provided to enable efficient acquiring and management of information or knowledge in a certain unit organism. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge management server(1) is connected with a knowledge provider client(4) and a knowledge demander client(7) via an intranet. A user in a company can provide and demand knowledge so that they can be knowledge provider connected by the client(4) and also can be knowledge demander connected by the client(7). A knowledge management system is operated in two types, such as general dealing type in which knowledge provided by the knowledge provider is traded after value evaluation and an auction type in which the knowledge provider proposes the bottom price. The knowledge management server(1) comprises a general trading support center(10) and an auction support center(15). |
