PURPOSE: A motion information recording system using an accelerometer is provided to display the accurate position of a vehicle by extracting distance data from a speed sensor. CONSTITUTION: Signals corresponding to the speed, the size, and the motion direction of a vehicle are detected by forming the direction of X, Y, and Z to a piezoelectric accelerometer. The piezoelectric accelerometer generates a positive or negative current according to the inertia in a circuit in the sensor. The motion direction of the vehicle is checked by analyzing the current signal. Since the magnitude and the acceleration of the force is proportional of the current generated by the piezoelectric accelerometer, the motion information of the vehicle can be checked. A recording section(15) records the motion information of the vehicle. |
