PURPOSE: A phone banking service system is provided to identify a telephone electronics serial number(TESN) and a password allowed to a telephone of a customer with a call-identification(ID) authenticating system, so as to automatically input a call-ID signal of a credit account connected with the call-ID authenticating system on the phone banking service system, without inputting a credit account number of the customer. CONSTITUTION: A telephone electronics serial number(TESN) of a business telephone(2) of a customer(1) is registered in a call-identification(ID) authenticating system(4) as ID signal calling authentication data of a credit account. If the customer calls the call-ID authenticating system with a key of the business telephone, the system automatically retrieves the TESN and an ID signal of the credit account to input the ID signal in a phone banking system(3). If the ID signal is inputted in the phone banking system, the customer selects business services of a window and inputs a transmitter authentication inputting signal(11), to perform business services with a self/other account(7), a business terminal(8), an automated-teller machine(ATM)(9), and a phone banking-internet business system(12) by a business managing system(6) of the phone banking system.
