PURPOSE: A process for preparing polyurethane foam having almost no deformability at high and low temperatures and showing flame retardancy by uniformly mixing an asphalt component with a polyurethane component is provided which is simple in process as compared with a process for producing an asphalt dispersed polyuretane foam and has an effect on improving working capacity and promoting productivity. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of preparing an asphalt solution by mixing blown asphalt having penetration degree of 30 to 40 and a hydrocarbon solvent containing 5 to 10 carbons in a weight ratio of 20 to 30 : 70 to 80 at about 20 to 30°C; preparing polyol containing polypropylenepolyol having a molecular weight of 4,500 to 5,500 as a main component and an additive; preparing asphaltpolyol by mixing 100 parts by weight of polyol and 30 to 40 parts by weight of an asphalt solution at about 20 to 30°C; and introducing 20 to 40 parts by weight of isocyanate into 100 parts by weight of asphalt polyol, agitating at 4,000 to 5,000 rpm and foaming.
