PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing roasting plate coated with teflon resin. The roasting plate has strong adsorption property, and excellent heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION: According one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 2 kg of volcanic ashes, 2 kg of silica, 1 kg of zeolite; (ii) mixing 50 wt.% of water with 50 wt.% of sodium silicate; (iii) mixing the mixture obtained in step 1 with the chemical solution obtained in step 2; (iv) moulding the composition in a mold; (v) drying the plate; (vi) sintering the plate; (vii) coating the plate with teflon.
