PURPOSE: An e-mail phone is provided to use the e-mail address as one's telephone number, to select the sender and the receiver's meeting methods by enabling the bell sound, to inform the user of the incoming e-mail message through the automatic arrival alert pop window, and to use the e-mail ID for video communication and cellular phones. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs one's own ID when wishing to receive a telephone call. An ID of the other receiver or the sender is displayed for identification. The bell sound can be selected to play the most recent songs. The user can communicate with the caller through word messages by switching to the screen with the e-mail login. When the automatic e-mail telephone window is selected, a window is automatically created to enable realtime word information exchange.
