PURPOSE: A preparation method of tile using industrial waste is provided to manufacture a tile by reusing sludge, waste ceramic ware, waste tile, waste plaster. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of tile using industrial waste is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)crushing waste ceramic ware, waste tile, waste plaster in predetermined size; (ii)drying waste sludge of chemical plant, waste sludge of acid sewage, sludge of soda ash production, sludge of domestic sewage, sludge of aluminium refinement, sludge of iron & steel refinement; (iii)grinding the above material into fine particles; (iv)mixing 13-17 wt.% of waste ceramic ware, 13-17 wt.% of waste tile, 4-6 wt.% of waste plaster, 4-6 wt.% of waste sludge of chemical plant, 9-11 wt.% of waste sludge of acid sewage, 9-11 wt.% of soda ash production, 18-22 wt.% of sludge of domestic sewage, 9-11 wt.% of sludge of aluminium refinement, 9-11 wt.% of sludge of iron & steel refinement; (v)curing the above mixture and removing moisture by heating; (vi)molding the above mixture by compacting into plate form; (vii)coating glaze on the mold having a tile form; (viii)calcining the mold at 1200-1500°C.
