PURPOSE: A water treatment method is provided, which is characterized in that dissolved organics is flocculated to remove by solid-liquid separation. CONSTITUTION: After coagulants are added to wastewater, wastewater is passed through a space of fibrous material or a pore of active carbon, and rapid-mixing and slow-mixing are simultaneously happened. Dissolved organic is flocculated by improving a collision effect in difference of passing velocity of a floc. A fibrous material is in a form of fiber having at least 0.1mm diameter, and a fibrous layer is over 2mm, and the permeative pressure is over 4kg/cm¬2.
