PURPOSE: A voice recognizing toy device which is able to download data stored in a computer and also has a function of voice recognizing treatment by using the downloaded data is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a downloading means which downloads data from a computer for voice recognition; (ii) a download controlling means which generates a control signal required for deleting previous data of a storage memory and converting into a download function; (iii) a data storage means which stores downloaded data; (iv) a function display and control means which is to inform a state of downloading to outside; (v) a toy control means which generates an action control signal for embodying a function of treating voice recognition by using a data for voice recognition, information data of a voice data and outside voice data and controls the control signal by each embodying step; (vi) an outside voice storing means which stores the outside voice data converted into a digital signal and controls the initiation of the voice recognition; (vii) a voice analyzing means which treats a voice recognition function by using a data stored in the outside voice storing means and the downloaded data for voice recognition; (viii) a toy controlling means which controls voice output and a motion of the toy; (ix) an output voice controlling means which controls output of the output voice data store in the storing means; (x) a voice decoding means which decodes the output voice data; (xi) a voice recognition changing means which converts the output voice data into an analogue signal; (xii) a message voice storing means which outputs a message voice when there is no congruous voice data by the voice analyzing means; (xiii) a motor controlling means which controls an operation of motor to generate an action of the toy by the toy controlling means; and (xiv) a motor driving means which drives the motor by receiving a control data from the motor controlling means.
