PURPOSE: An aroma generation device is placed in heel of a shoe which diffuses specific aroma and deodorizing component to the entire shoe substructure by a capillary phenomenon so that it improves health in foot. CONSTITUTION: Shoes with aromatic function are produced by the following steps of: (i) forming a space part as a heel type of shoes; (ii) forming a storage part for medicinal fluid(51) which stores medicinal fluid at the space part and flowing a certain volume of aromatic medicinal fluid; and (iii) forming a transfer passage for medicinal fluid(72) which has a capillary function and laying toward front side of shoes in a long size to transfer the flown medicinal fluid.
