PURPOSE: A guarantee service method in an electronic commerce is provided to compensate a loss in case that a client is damaged due to the illegal usage of client information regard of electronic commerce service through a guarantee site by using a voice password. CONSTITUTION: A guarantee site receives the identification information and digital type voice password of a client, who wants new subscription, from his terminal and registers them(S410). The guarantee site receives the client's voice password and compares it with the registered voice password if the client requests guarantee(S420). According to a result of comparison, the guarantee site announces the validity of guarantee to an associated electronic commerce site(S430).
