PURPOSE: A network computer system for a money exchange of a bonus score or an accumulated money and an arbitration transfer service are provided for implementing a new distribution electronic commerce transaction service based on a network-based computer system connected with an internet. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) includes an arbitrator computer system(15) connected by networks(11, 12, 13, 14) connected with an internet, a seller or an arbitrator business man computer system(16), a customer computer system(17), and a main transaction bank computer system(18). Since a user of the arbitrator computer system(15) arbitrates an accumulated monet business man or a customer computer system, the user may be a credit supplier having a reliability and transparent characteristic or a financial business man of another type.
